Weddle Unlimited is an NFL player-guessing game created for entertainment. Features or clues may change anytime.

4.2 Player Data Accuracy

We use publicly available data but do NOT guarantee accuracy, completeness, or real-time updates.

4.3 Game Stats & Local Storage

Your wins/streaks may be stored locally in your browser. Clearing data may delete progress.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Rights

We own all rights to website code, game logic, UI/UX, text content, and assets.

5.2 NFL & Third-Party Data

Weddle Unlimited is NOT affiliated with the NFL. Player names are used under fair-use for identification only.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may contain ads, analytics, or external links. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Advertising and Monetization

We may use networks like Google AdSense. We do not control which ads appear.

Dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, attempt to cheat, or pose risk to the Service or users.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for data loss, inaccurate information, downtime, bugs, or indirect damages.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) or $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country.
